Crew had to remove completed work and shifted to the soffit. Derek hustled to correct the problem and assured us completion on Friday. Day four!!! Six crew members on site! "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot! Excellent job, they did what they said they would do, did it quickly and came when they said they would.
