"I thought they were going to repair more than what they repaired but I guess they didn't give me an estimate for that just for the patch job $1,800 if I want to add a gutter they're going to give me another estimate for the gutter. I will have to wait till it rains to see if they did a good job"

He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. He also checked to make sure the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty and provided me with the price to fix it before he started. "They eventually finished the work that I called them out to do but I will never use them again. They called right away and made an appointment. The first time they came out, the serviceman started talking about the humidifier which was not why I called him there. I stepped upstairs for a minute because I had someone else I was checking on. When I got back downstairs, he informed me that he had broken a part of the humidifier off. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the air conditioning unit and he said there wasn't. He insisted that it had nothing to do with the air conditioning unit, so I asked him why he was tampering with it. He kept on talking about different things. He then told me that I would eventually need a new furnace. He went and sat in his car for about a half an hour as he was writing it up and calling the manufacturer for the product. I thought he was out to sleep. He got back to me afterwards and told me he had to talk to their serviceman first. A couple of weeks went by and he didn't get back to me. I had to keep calling back. They finally called me. A service representative told me the air conditioning unit was attached wrong to the furnace. All they did was take pictures during that call. Finally, they kept saying they had to get a humidifier part in from the manufacturer and giving excuses that it was a hot season and they had a lot of service calls to get to. Eventually a different serviceman came out and he did the $49 service call and everything seemed to be working fine. He did what he was supposed to do and he left. The piece was still off my humidifier and he told me it was $600 to get it replaced. The owner of the company called and said I didn't have to pay for it. She was very nice. The serviceman eventually replaced the part on the humidifier and insisted that I'm still going to need a new furnace. I went in and read their reviews and most of them were fair but there was a gentleman who said they try to talk you into spending more money than you want. The work was satisfactory but it was the way they did it that made it seem like they couldn't be trusted."
