"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Overall I was very pleased with the service that Josh at All Ways Plumbing Heating & Air LLC provided. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues. The first estimate done by another company seemed very high and they did not offer to repair the existing equipment at all, only to order a new coil; not to mention the cost of Freon that they quoted seemed very high. They also charged a diagnosis fee just to come out. I called Josh at All Ways Plumbing Heating & Air, and he met me at my house the same day. He repaired the coil the same day, re-filled the Freon and the AC has been blowing cold since (about two months now)."

I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that.
