"They were fantastic. First of all I was comparing 2 different Angies list providers that were running deals. Conditioned Aire  was the lower priced option by $100.00 for the exact same humidifier. I called Jim (the owner) at least 4 times with my questions and he went out of his way to answer all of my questions.  In his ad on Angie's list it didn't show that he could service Hennepin County but when I called he said although there were certain areas of Hennepin County that were too far out of the service area that he'd be happy to come to Golden Valley where I live. This really impressed me because they are located in Eagan. They were right on time, were happy to adjust their arrival to my schedule and were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves (it was actually cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived) and patiently answered all of my questions.  I was so impressed with them that I am already planning to have them come and tune up my A/C unit in the spring.  This visit was a tremendous example of why it's important to support a small business.  They offered a more than fair price, fantastic service, honesty and integrity, and they went way out of their way to provide their service. They will have all of my business in the future.

"They were excellent. The price did not include the new toilet. They did excellent work. We used to go to a plumber in Hopkins and I don?t remember the name of them. We had something installed in our sink in the kitchen and they charged me $400. Several friends in the neighborhood said that it?s ghastly. Then my wife looked up the Randy Lane on Angie?s list and was like wow. We went to them for the next plumbing repair and I thought that their charges were much fairer. I had to pick my toilet out online to do up this toilet in my house. Then I called a wholesaler which I don?t remember the name, and then the Randy Lane guy went and picked it up and then that was part of my bill. The wholesaler won?t sell it to me directly. They only sell it through the plumber, and that worked very well. When they say they are going to come, they come reasonably on time. They do excellent work and their pricing is great. They don?t overcharge me. I would use their services again in the future."
