Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. Everyone was patient. Once construction began, we got regular communication about progress. We were frequently asked if we had any questions or concerns. Answers were always timely. Discovery of an unexpected plumbing problem was dealt with quickly and did not delay construction by more than a day or two. It did add to the cost of the project, but it was worth doing for the overall health of the house.
