"Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service."

"My husband and I were looking for someone to install new skylights and repair our roof since we were having issues with leaking in our living area. We are also Seniors and cannot do the maintenance that we used to many years ago. We were so happy that we found Green Phoenix to do this project for us. Craig and Shawna are a young family business and are rated/reviewed very highly on Google, and Angie’s List so we wanted to try and see if they could help us. I have waited to write this review for 6 weeks. The reason being to watch for any unforeseen problems in the materials or workmanship. There has been none. Everything has been 100%. I obtained 4 bids, all from Angies list, for this was a major project. I choose James and Yana because they very caring and helpful. The other bidders were attempting to sell me their ideas on how the project was to be done, but James and Yana listened to how I wanted the kitchen to be done.

My wife and I had talked about and planned this kitchen. Sadly she passed away a year ago, but told me to continue with the projects that we had planned together. It hurts that she is not here to enjoy these final projects to our home.

Yana helped me with colors and material. I would have been lost without her input. She provided me with ideas and suggestions on the cabinets, colors and other options. With her guidance everything came out perfect.

 James and his crew are very professional and polite. They know their stuff. They worked from the time they got here till the time they left. Always picked up after themselves and were very punctual. I had been a contractor myself at one time and never have I seen a better run organization. James always kept me informed of what was going on, what to expect and if I had any questions or concerns. The communications was excellent. He even went above and beyond by repairing other items not in the contract at no charge.

I believe he may have pictures of my kitchen on his website, I have not looked, but everyone that comes to the house and sees it are amazed on the beautiful kitchen James and Yana created. I highly recommend THE SERVICE GUY!!!!

"Went very, very well. Solid communication from start to finish, including during the transport itself. Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. I wouldn't hesitate to put another high-value automobile into their care."

"THE JOB WENT GREAT!
We have had countless companies come out and build and repair things at our house in the last 12 years since moving here but never one such as polite and professional as Wendland  Masonry & Construction. 
First off, they were polite during every conversation and was in tune with me at every turn.
Second, after the job, they left our back yard and back porch area CLEANER than when they started. 
Third, Their care and attention to details, from accuracy of lining up the rocks to a near perfect straight line at every corner to attention to clean up after the job was done absolutely blew us away.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys.
Good hearted, easy to communicate with and, above all, they do astounding work!
We did not find them here on Angie's list but we do think it was God's hand making sure we got in contact with them before hiring another company to do the job. They are Christian and take great pride in their work...AND IT SHOWS!
