"I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"Jim Tripp and the team at Express Sunrooms did a wonderful job on my patio cover. I wanted something that would provide some shade from the sun which sets over the fence in my backyard and heats my living room and kitchen up a ton in the summer. They came out, worked with me to get HOA approval, and then did a wonderful job installing it. I was very impressed at how clean they left my backyard and at the quality of the work. I also thought the price was more than reasonable. I had other quotes that were way out there and Express Sunrooms worked with me to get this within my budget and were honest and upfront with me the entire way. Highly highly recommend this team!"
