They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."

I scheduled an appointment with them for the following day between 9-11am. Well 11am came and went and when I called he apologized for the snafu and offered to fix our pipe for FREE a couple of hours later.
