"I'm not much of an online reviewer, but the quality of service we received from Heights Pest Control compelled me to share my experience. First, I've dealt with other exterminators in the past, and I've been generally less than satisfied for issues including misleading pricing, missed appointments, and failure to bring a resolution to the problem at hand. As a result, I dreaded the notion of dealing with another exterminator when faced with a particularly frustrating and embarrassing problem: bed bugs. We are very clean people, so finding bed bugs within weeks of moving into our new home was unbelievably infuriating and literally kept us up at night. We reached out to a couple of local pest control companies and (thank goodness) Al at Heights Pest Control was the first to return our voicemail. Heights Pest Control was able to schedule a visit for the next day. We have a dog, and Al ensured that our treatment plan would be both safe for us and our dog. Al's treatment plan for our situation included an initial treatment and a follow up visit. It seemed like we were off to a good start, so I assumed that this high level of customer service would come at a cost. I was pleasantly surprised that our quote was very reasonable. Heights Pest Control was able to resolve our problem with just one round of treatment. Still, Heights Pest Control returned for a follow-up visit for good measure. We feel very lucky that we ended up hiring Heights Pest Control, and while we hope that they won't be back anytime soon, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a pest or infestation issue."

"Jim from Heights Pest came out to our home and did a great job, above and beyond. He took care of things that may have been over looked in the past by others."

"Pope was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when he came to my house to spray for bugs. It has been a couple of weeks since he has been here and I have not seen any bugs!! He did an excellent job and I would recommend Expert Pets Control to anyone looking for an exterminator."

"I had a great experience with this company, the owner went above and beyond in handling our situation and addressed the issue on the same day. Prior to him coming out, I received estimates from a couple of the big name; companies, however; they did not want to spend time finding the solution for how the rodents were getting in, only on capturing them once they got it. He went above and beyond in locating the points as well as sharing photos of his findings."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"They were extremely professional and would def recommend to other homeowners."

"First guy they sent didnt do a good job at all and barely spent anytime."

"The DBugz team was impressively fast to respond, professional and knowledgeable about pest issues. They eased my worries with their excellent customer service and I felt confident they would solve my problem. They have professional equipment and know how. I would 1000% hire this team again for any future pest control needs."

"My wife was home, but she said the owner was very respectful, informative and polite. He sprayed for insects, set mouse glue traps, and he put screens around holes he found that potentially allowed insects/rodents in the house."

"Very well and I'm very happy. A week later I saw no evidence of ants in the house, and they also gave us a 90 day warranty just in case the problem happens again. The price is very reasonable."
