The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.
