He shows up when he says he will, and he completes the job in a great time frame. The price was reasonable and he was always conscientious on cost when we asked to add something. "The deck building went well I think. It took 2 days for Blake and his work partner to complete the deck. They worked pretty fast; came in the morning and worked until about 4:30 or so. I liked the building materials that they used; seem to be very good quality. I did misunderstand however, how the steps would be finished, as Blake said he had quoted me a basic deck model which would not include a board on the front of each step, but the steps would rather remain open. I said that I had not understood that he was only quoting me a basic model, and I did want the steps to look more finished. So Blake got right on it and said that he would add boards to the front of each step, and he was not going to charge me for the labor; only the materials. I insisted on paying him something for the labor however, since he completed the steps the way that I wanted them later that same day. The end result is that I am very happy with my deck. Blake worked very hard to earn my business and was willing to match a little lower quote that I had received from another company. He actually called me a number of times before I decided to go with Maxey Construction, in an effort to earn my business. I would definitely use his company again for some future projects that I have inside of my home."

"Randy Hargrove came out (on time) and gave me an estimate and went over samples of siding. He explained the process and about how long it would take and when they could start the work. His crew came out on time everyday and explained what the plan was for each day and worked diligently and professionally every day. The work was done meticulously. Randy inspected the work several times during this time with myself and the crew. The crew was friendly and respectful in all ways.

"Sometimes Spouse did an excellent job! The wives I rented showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They provided me with proof of being employees, informed me that they were insured and bonded. The two girls cleaned my home for 4-5 hours. They did a deep clean the first time, and a weekly clean after (& have done this for over a year). They do an amazing job each time, doing a top to bottom clean of my home. I signed up for the Sometimes Home Plan and love their services. I also call them for any of my home maintenance needs. Recently they did gutter cleaning, and interior painting of my home. I am very satisfied every time they come to my home."

"The Simonton windows are very nice. Everything went well - there was no rush and the installers were personable. It would have been a complete touchdown if the installers had refrained from leaving their cigarette butts on the property and had tidied up afterwards, i.e. sweeping up, or moving outdoor furniture back into place."

"Robert has replaced my roof 3 different times since 2009. He does a great job and his people clean up their mess very well. Robert has always been here exactly when he says he will be here and does more than other contractors. He installed at no additional cost additional vents under the under part of my roof to allow my attic to breath better and has made a difference since he installed them a couple of years ago. He and his crew does a great job and would highly recommend him to others.
