Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. "The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. I eventually became upset with him and the company because he set expectations he never intended to meet, costing me several thousand dollars."

He answered all of our questions and recommended replacing our gutters to direct water flow more efficiently (I.e., reduce overflow in several key areas), prevent water from trapping at the chimney, and avoid further damage to the soffits. The cost proposal was fair and reasonable, and the work was performed in a timely manner. Onsite workers were professional, courteous and left everything clean and in order. We have already seen the difference our new gutters make.
