"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"I hired Sam to replace the wooden posts and concrete footers supporting my deck and sun room. The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. In short, Sam is a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. He was clear about everything that was planned and was responsive to our questions and concerns. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's easy to talk with and very adept at what he does. Beside an excellent job of creating a silky smooth surface on our front and back entry doors, he did an excellent job replacing the kick plate under the back door. The other members of the crew were all friendly and they worked carefully to limit any damage to our numerous foundation plants. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. It was worth the cost and we would absolutely hire them again!"

"Matt is a very nice, professional person.  All went well with a slight exception for the garage doors- they are mahogany wood and the wood panels used to replace the originals did not match the original wood type, nor the grain.  Hence, the grain, which shows through as well as the stain color on the new panels do not match well with the original panels surrounding them.  Matt tried very hard to be helpful and came back to re-stain the panels a few times.  I am a professional in the design/architecture industry and tried to help with suggests as to how we could arrive at a color that would match best.  Each time we spoke about it, he was responsive, professional and courteous.  Ultimately, I would work with him again on other projects due to his professionalism.
