"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"The best contractor we have had in 15 years of living here! Our 53yr old house is in the Fort Hunt / Waynewood area and we have had a lot of renovations done. Sam took care to ensure this project was done right. We had the main bathroom tub replaced, walls retiled and faucets installed. This was a 2nd update to our bathroom and we wanted to keep the tile floor and sink. Sam was able to install the new tub while protecting the floor tile not being replaced. All the work was done within the time & price promised and it looks great! We have/will recommend him to anyone needing quality home repairs done - at a very fair price. "This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. We absolutely plan to work with them again for future remodel jobs."

"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
