"It took a while for the company to come out, but, that was weather related.  All of the employees were very skilled and did a fantastic job.  This section of our fence definitely looks the best and when we get ready we will be having them come out again to replace the rest.  This side of the fence was falling down.  The company replaced everything better then it ever was in the beginning and the materials used was top quality (no secondhand junk).  I believe this fence won't be in danger of falling!  Not only were the employees knowlegable, but friendly and answered all our questions. <br />"

"They are awesome, punctual hardworking fellows. They cleaned up everyday before leaving the job. They were always helping my Mama with extra things that she needed. They also brought her the paper every morning. Our driveway is very long. She would have had to wait until we came home from work otherwise. They are coming back to remodel our kitchen soon! Crystal is my hairstylist and she is awesome too! What a blessing to have people that listen to you and make things happen the way you want them too!! Awesome job Starkand Son's Construction!!!"

"James was our sales person.  He was a few minutes early for our initial meeting (which was fine).  He was detailed in his explanation of the windows.  My husband could not be present for the meeting so James made it very easy for me to explain the details to my husband.  He knew we were getting quotes from various companies and was patient as we went through that process. When presented with a better quote, he reduced his quote to obtain our business.  He told me the price would never change once the contract was signed.  After the contract was signed and the work on the windows began, we realized the quote didn't reflect all of the windows; it was one short.  But true to James' word the price quoted on the contract did not change.  They replaced that last window and did not charge us for it.   <br /> On a more personal note, my beagle had to be confined to a certain area to stay out of their way.  It was pretty hot outside and they took time to make sure he had plenty of water through out the day.  They did not have to do that, but I appreciated the fact that they took the time to do so. <br /> To my surprise (and delight) the job was completed in 1 1/2 days.  The guys were professional, courteous and friendly.  I am very proud of the windows and my only regret is that we waited so long to get them replaced. <br />"
