He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. "This company is fabulous. Renald and his workers gave a great estimate, and did the job flawlessly designing and executing the building of my exquisite patio. He met us at the supply house to help us pick out materials, he took a personal interest. Beside our beautiful patio, I had him redo our fireplace which looks like a work of art! And since the chimney needed some attention, they fixed some problems with the chimney. All work was beautifully done. I recommended this company to friends of mine, and they hired Renald and his crew and got back to me as to how terrific they found his work and the ease it was to work with them.
