"Mike was excellent. He came in was very polite and professional. He quickly provided the quote and in less than an hour had removed the old leaky faucet and installed the new one. It worked perfectly and looks amazing in the kitchen. Mike removed all the old parts and new faucet packaging. He even gave me pointers on diy checking water pressure to make sure there is not too much pressure coming in. Also, reminded me to register my Delta faucet which I did shortly after. Thank you Mike!! Price seemed a bit high, but it was done right away on a Saturday! With 6 month warranty on the plumbing work."

"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. Home Depot quoted me 1550.00 with all bells and whistles with a 12 year warranty!!!! Have a great holiday A-Team"

"They did exactly what was told and It's very great. They were very responsive and they call me right away and they gave me a quote right away as well and they are very professional."

"Was told the pipe was crushed so they couldn't see is the D box was intact but that it should be replaced and the baffle should be replaced. Craig (who wasn't even out there inspecting--he's just taking the info and writing the report) first wrote the report as though the house was vacant. It was not. He fixed that but still wrote the report with recommendations that it was a pretty easy fix and would run about 1 to 2 thousand dollars. I got a second opinion based on the fact that we hadn't gotten any camera information (because of supposed crushed pipe). It turned out the pipe wasn't crushed but the D box had disintegrated and the soil was now sludge and the whole septic needed to be replaced. That's a big oops. They were rude when I called to complain. The receptionist talked over me and refused to give me her name, and Craig Badstuebner made condescending and insinuating remarks on the phone. They refuse to give me a refund of the $300 I spent for their misleading and incredibly negligent inspection. Don't use them. They suck and they're unprofessional. Waste of money. Get someone who knows what they're doing."
