"Mr. Coleman, which represents the company, arrived later than the scheduled appointment on August 9, 2018. He determined that the water heater would need to be replaced. He said that he would contact me within a few days with a cost to replace the heater. It is now August 20, 2018, and I have not heard from him or anyone else with the company. It appears that I am not a priority."

Our company is not set up to do chill water installs. We prefer not to bid on chill water systems. We are located on 4 acres in Denham Springs, Louisiana. We have our own sheet metal and duct board shop. We currently have 5 service trucks. We are Louisiana state licensed and have licenses in the surrounding areas.
