The technician (Howard) showed up about an hour later and used a power pipe snake at the kitchen sink cleanout (outside). He cleared the blockage that was about 65 feet down the line (no wonder my little 25" manual snake didn't work). The whole service took about 25 minutes. He was polite and professional and did not make a mess at all.
