"I was pleasantly surprised that finally I had found an electrician who understood urgency. I told him my old hot water heater had stopped working and that I had ordered a new one and needed the Line run from the box outside. We had already been out of hot water for a couple of days so he came the same day that I called him on the 29th of December. He and his helper ran the line that afternoon.
