"Dan was great! He got right down to the work of inspecting and cleaning the see-through fireplace in our newly-purchased home, being very mindful of protecting the flooring and hearth from soot fallout. He discovered a serious safety issue which left us all scratching our heads about how such a fireplace could be installed sometime in the past 12 years with NO safety turn-off valve ANYWHERE! We will be working with Dan and Detroit City Sweep to get a new SAFE see-through fireplace installed. We could not be happier with the customer service and our technician Dan. We recommend them without reservation."
