"The owner Chris showed up first and has an excellent knack for diagnosing what was wrong with our double oven. I was impressed with his knowledge of all appliances. I tried to fix the oven but failed after replacing the heating element. He looked up the part and ordered it right in my kitchen and estimated the time it would take to get it. He beat that time by a couple days. He sent two fellas out to change out a relay board and everything now works fine. I am not easily impressed but I sure liked the service I received. If you have a tough appliance repair - these are the guys to call."

"The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"I very highly recommend AJ’s Appliance Repair’s services - they are well-trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and more than fair. Within 24 hours of my original request, Tony was at my home diagnosing the issue and making a practical recommendation on how best to move forward with my dishwasher. Within two days they had replaced the defective part; we ran into a hiccup with another component of the dishwasher later that day, and Nick and Jack came back out to my house to address the same day to fix it - above and beyond. Tony, Nick, and Jack could not have been more courteous or professional. Do yourself a favor and call AJ’s when you need maintenance or repairs - you won’t be sorry."
