Get matched with top oven or stovetop repair or service pros in Clinton Township, MI

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Chris, the owner came out to repair my oven. He was professional, and very knowledgeable on all appliances. I would highly recommend them."

"The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"Very professional courteous and prompt. I would have ranked them 5 out of 5 on all accounts except this concern I have. I was told the replacement oven control board was ordered new, not a refurbished one but I did not get a satisfactory answer regarding warranty on the board. I was told it will 30 days but give them a call if something goes wrong. I was expecting something in writing on the receipt or separately. Makes me wonder if I got a new part or a factory refurbished one for the price of new."

"Highly recommend! He was able to come out the same day and fix our dryer quickly. He was professional, friendly, and explained what was wrong. We really appreciated the fast service and would definitely use him again!"

"It went well... they tried some things first to fix it, however, at the end of the day it was discovered that the replacement was necessary. Very persistent and methodical... a great experience. Thank you. BTW... I do not remember the date or the cost of the services, however and again it was more than fair considering the challenges involved."
