"Monday morning (8/28/17) we woke-up to no water. After checking the obvious, circuit breaker, etc., I looked on Angie's list for highly rated well drilling and service companies I called Scott at 5:45am, expecting to leave a message, but he answered the phone and said he could be here by noon. He called back later to say he would come even earlier. He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.
