"Our Heat and A/C both stopped working all of a sudden. Could here the unit come on but no air would come out of vents. Even when we attempted to turn just the fan on, still no air from vent. Two other service providers to told us that we would need to replace the entire blower and both quoted us around $500. Tom from <em>Alternative Heating and Air b</em>came out after we called for a third estimate. He took one look and told us it would be an easy, cheap fix, and had the part on his truck!!!! Just a little capacitor that ran us $144 TOTAL!!!! After three days with no heat or air (in Chico, CA) and three different estimates, the servicing turned out much, much better than I could have ever hoped for, especially after what the first two contractors had told us. We could not have found a nicer, more professional person to fix our problem. By far the best price, the fastest response, and best work!!! Nobody in our family will ever use anyone else.
