"My roof was 30+ years old and had been patched several times but was ready for replacement. A new roof would enable me to shop for a new homeowner's insurance policy. Joe Spano explained all the details of both the replacement process and, especially, the cleanup process using a magnetic sweeper to ensure that all nails and debris were completely removed from my lawn and driveway. I liked that detail. His crew replaced all of the crumbling underlying plywood with fresh material. The entire job was completed in a single day. The finished roof looks terrific. Now I can enjoy the peace of mind from knowing that my new roof is secure for many years to come and I was also able to seek out a new homeowners policy and will be saving thousands of dollars in premiums. So, in some ways, the roof will help pay for itself. All good!"
