"We have lived in this house about a year.  (The house is 12 years old).   When we bought the house the inspection report noted that there were cracks in the masonry due to normal settlement.  The inspection report noted that these should be repaired to prevent water penetration.  Doug did a full inspection of the exterior of the house to locate all cracks in bricks and masonry.
It went very well.  All the work done was outside we had a couple of delays due to weather - Severe thunderstorms.
Doug and his crew arrived on time and had all the work done in short order.
The job site was cleaned up and my back porch was much cleaner after they left than it was before they started!

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

"Bill and his team recently completed a project for us that involved revamping our front garden beds and trees, installing an irrigation system, and the removal of a few trees and grading in our back yard to level it out. The plants and trees he recommended for the front fit right in with my wife's vision, and look much better than what the builder had installed. He was also able to relocate a couple of crepe myrtles to our side yard to help with privacy. He walked me through the layout of the irrigation system, and we decided to move a couple of the heads to allow for future expansion of our patio and additional garden beds. His team also took down a few trees and was able to level out our back yard making it more open and turning it in to a much more usable space."

Tim Hodges showed up as scheduled and listened to the work I wanted done following an engineer's inspection.He then measured the property where the work was to be done.Later I received  an e-mail with  a drawing of the property with the work to be done including detailed measurements and pricing. Several alternative upgrades were priced out separately for me to consider.
 
After a lengthy delay on my part the work was scheduled several months later and the  crew began as scheduled to perform the repairs and upgrades.
The work went well and the worker  team was very conscientious and courteous.They cleaned up every day and were eager to do little extras as well.
I asked them to return for a minor issue and they returned and rearranged a pipe for better flow into my yard at no charge.
