"My husband started this project then ran out of time and did not have the appropriate tools to complete the job.  I called McCoy, who I found on Angie's List and asked them if they could come out soon, since my sink was out of commission.  They worked me in on that very day, and famous Eddie, whom I had read all about in these reviews.
He was very punctual, friendly, and helpful.  He explained in detail what he was doing and even gave me advice about one of the toilets as to whether to repair or replace.  He suggested several options to consider at different costs, which I very much appreciated since I am on a very strict budget.
Even more impressive:  Two days later, I ran my dishwasher for the first time, and suds seeped out of the bottom!  Alarmed, I called McCoy and they sent Eddie back out immediately.  I was very grateful for their responsiveness.  It turns out that Eddie had not done anything incorrectly;  it was just an unfortunate coincidence with the pump going out on the dishwasher.
I think that McCoy did an awesome job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber, and I would request Eddie as well!

"We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."

Ralph was my plumber and he's awesome! Very friendly, we joked around a lot, yet very professional. He was honest and gave me direct answers to all my questions, never once sugar coating or trying to sell me anything. Great experience, as always with MJ. My only "negative" review on MJ is they are very pricey compared to other places! But considering I've dealt with every mom & pop shop out there and have been scammed by several people, I budget and save for MJ to do the work cause I trust them 100%."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind.
