"I was overcharged on my project to scalp, remove dead shrubs and clean back yard (turf) and patio. They charge $150 per hour , team of 3 workers. Did a great job and the owner was very professional; however, when I received my invoice, it was for 3 hours more than time spent on the job! They charged for the hour they were at lunch and time to go to the landfill to dump which we were not quoted! I spoke with Judd and he did correct the invoice and apologized 3 times. Just disappointed it happened to begin with! I felt like he should have made certain of the time before he invoiced me! Felt like I was taken advantage of!"

He put thin brick on a 20 foot high wall in order to match the existing brick on our fireplace and then lime washed all of the brick. "The provider came out (approx 75 miles) to give an estimate, then returned within one week to begin the job. Our local government required a building permit, so we had to delay the work until an engineer came out to confirm the structural analysis. After that we arranged for an advance payment of $1500. It took a few hours to do the initial digging. Next the structural posts (I can not recall the proper terms) were put into place and the cement pouring and other steps were completed. As the crew was finishing up they recognized that another outside plumbing type situation needed to be addressed, and they provided some initial assistance so we would know how to communicate with the plumber later. They did a fantastic job!

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
