"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. They came everyday and worked a full day."

"Sanchez Painting did some work for us a couple of years ago. We liked their work back then and made a point of keeping their information in case we needed them in the future. Now that we are anticipating selling our house, we called them to paint the exterior of the home. From that first call to completion of the job, they were responsive, on time, and professional. I like that they trenched around the house and painted it below the dirt. The house looks great. They didn't skip corners and did exactly what they said they would."

"I had Sprayco painting the exterior of my house and a 1000+ sq ft of wooden deck. I could not have been any happier with the work they performed. Salomon and his crew did an outstanding job for a fair price. To begin with, Salomon was very flexible with adjusting dates to accommodate for bad weather. He went above and beyond to paint small segments of the area to help me coordinate the color selection and offered his opinion, which was always spot on. He is very detailed oriented and always willing to accommodate extra requests and perform fixes after the final walkthrough. Besides painting the house's exterior, he also changed some deck poles that were wobbly and cracking us. Once again, they did an excellent job! Overall I had a great experience with Sprayco, and I would definitely recommend them for any of your painting needs. As of writing this review, I am already having Sprayco working on a second project for me."

"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."

"Detailer complained multiple times that I had hired him through Angie's list, and said that he didn't like doing show-level cars. When he asked if there was anything special I wanted him to do, I showed him some dirt on the driver's floor mat and asked him to deal with it. He said, "Oh, that would be an additional $XX (don't recall the actual amount)". I assumed that he was kidding, but he didn't remove the dirt. He spent less than two hours on the car in total, which I think is skimpy for the price he charged. I tipped him $20, and he looked at the money like it smelled bad. He did not thank me for the tip."
