"Couldn't be more thrilled!!! Rescued me from near financial tragedy coming in after previous company performed a complete grout removal and replacement on all floors in my 1700 sqft home. Initial reaction upon arrival was that entire sections in several rooms would have to be removed and replaced again, However, after doing intense haze removal on a section of the worst room, the results were much better than we expected. His crew proceeded to razor-scrape mounds of excess cured grout from all corners, floor boards and kick-plates under cabinets. Then they made several passes through the entire house with an intense grout haze remover until all rooms had been restored to an approved standard. They then completely sealed every grout line and left a squeaky clean shine in every room. Raul and his crew cooperated and coordinated with another contractor on site that day changing out the kitchen faucet. They arrived early to be finished in the kitchen before he arrived, and filled multiple buckets with water prior to the water being shut off, so they could continue unimpeded while that work was being done. They finished their work in one day at the agreed upon price and saved me from a huge loss of time and money. I feel blessed and grateful that he was available to help me out, and cannot recommend him highly enough!"

"Julio came out to look at 2 bathrooms on a newly acquired property. At some point, new caulking had been added between the tubs and the tile and it was chunky and uneven. Julio also noticed that the grout had been painted over. He gave me a fair price to remove the uneven paint and remove all of the unsightly caulking, seal the grout and replace with new caulking. He removed the shower doors so he could do a thorough job. The bathrooms look like new. He returned my call the day that I called, he came exactly when he said he would, called me to let me know how the job was going (including pictures) and left no mess. I highly recommend him and his crew."

"Bob was great! He removed the previous 2000 white grout (done by another company) that had replaced the 1989 tan-turning-brown grout. He applied sparkling white grout to all my countertops. He first came out to give us an estimate, and we scheduled a time and day for the job. He was on time for both appointments. He took special care to protect the "wooden" countertop borders, sink, and floor. The job he did was fantastic. There are no flaws and my countertops look great. He left us with a can of sealer to use after a few days, as well as instructions to use it. Bob was quite personable and professional; he was very knowledgable about tile and grouting, and gave us the reasons for and against types of borders, why caulking--not grout--should be used around the sink, etc."

"We have tried other carpet cleaners in Palm Springs area and they could not get our carpets clean and cost too much.  <br /> We tried Stanley Steemer and they cleaned wool wall to wall carpets almost as good as new. We were thinking of replacing the carpet but will now keep them a while longer. (we do vacation rentals and the carpets are heavily used). We also had spots a new sofa which they removed .. again looks like new.   <br /> Since we do seasonal rentals, we signed up for a one year service, 3 cleanings.  We have completed 2 so far with good results. This SS office is responsive, came on time, uses website and email communications which we liked.  <br /> The only complaint we have is that they are always "upselling'. They want to add protectants, sell accessories, etc. We just say no and they seem to be OK with just carpet cleaning.   We plan to keep using them. <br />"

"The two young men arrived exactly on time and were very friendly. I had spoken on the phone to them beforehand because the job I had actually purchased was just for the countertop.  I wanted further information on getting the floor done, too.  He said it would be another $99 for the floor and $25 for a special treatment on a small area of the counter near the faucet with more significant water issues.  It was my choice to go ahead with both additional services.  There was no pressure to purchase these.  The services were completed and the young men left.  The next day when I noticed that damp mopping did not remove the streaking on the floor I called him.  He came that afternoon and spent another two hours removing the streaking.  He said there appeared to by some sort of substance on the floor like Mop and Glo from previous cleanings and that is what caused the streaks.  He actually cleaned each tile on his hands and knees until there were no more streaks.I appreciated his efforts."
