"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. "I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "Michael built us a beautiful deck.  He knew we needed the deck built before our wedding (about 30 days) and he made sure it was done.  He showed up every morning (Mon-Sat) at 7:30am and was there most days for about 10-12 hours.  He also cleaned up each evening before leaving.  Our deck is very beautiful and very unique.  Michael worked with us to come up with a really nice design.  We would definitely use him again for other home projects.
Michael also helped us with some plumbing issues while he was there.  He didn't need to do that, but he is such a great guy.  He also is a Christian with great morals.  :-)

"Josh Martin is an excellent professional, with a wonderful attitude and a conscientiousness beyond his young years. On 3/20/14 another plumber installed a hose bib and faucet, which began leaking. After reporting this to the company on 4/18/14, Josh came that afternoon and changed the entire unit at no cost in accordance with the 30-day guarantee by Anytime Plumbing & Drain. He suggested that the wall hole made by the previous plumber be covered by a vent to enhance the look of the bathroom and agreed to return as soon as possible. On the following Monday Josh returned with the vent cover and installed it at the costs only of the cover and the trip charge. Despite several carpenters working on our decks at the time, Josh had no problem completing his work with no disruption to the others. "My husband and I hired James Hood to remodel my parent's bathroom. We initially had two people that we were going to interview for the job, but after meeting James, we cancelled the other interview. We were very confident in the meeting that he was the right person for the project. He responded with a written estimate quickly and worked with us to get the job started right away. We live overseas and were just about to wrap up our visit. He understood our unique situation and handled it professionally. I specified clean, simple, white. However, as he got to know my parents and spoke to them, he realized that more needed to be done and he was able to change the design slightly and give them a stunning off white bathroom tile that they are immensely pleased with. I was kept updated with comments and photos and I have no doubts that we left the job in very capable hands. My elderly parents were very impressed with James. He showed up on time and with a smile, he worked quickly and quietly and with as little disruption and mess as possible. He took the time to talk to my parents and even the young grandchildren liked him and looked forward to seeing him. James completely gutted their bathroom, removing the old whirlpool tub that my parents could barely get in and out of and installed and beautifully tiled a walk in shower with safety rails. He removed the horrible vinyl flooring and replaced the sub floor and repaired water damage from a leaking toilet. He installed a new toilet and flange, vanity, sink, light fixtures, power outlet and bathroom door. The floors were tiled in a complimentary color to the shower while the vanity, walls and all the fixtures were still the requisite white. My husband and I are very thankful for his hard work and respect and would without hesitation hire him again and recommend him to anyone.
