"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! If you are within 50 miles of COS, don't go with any other person. If you are further out, ask them if they will come to your house. I had one "roofing" company tell me "you have a stucco problem" when my roof was leaking. MANY companies said "we're too busy to do repairs". JB Masters responded same day as I called and left a message, was VERY responsive throughout the repair, and had the repair completed within a few days. They know what they are doing, they will talk to you and explain the issues and their resolution, and will charge you a very fair price. Did I mention how responsive they were? Don't go anywhere else - don't waste your time and money. I'm in Canon City, and they came from COS two days in a row just for a repair. I'm extremely satisfied and will call them again next time I need work."

Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest.
