"They came out the same day I called which was a Friday. They called both times before they headed to my house to let me know when they will be there. On this trip they had to fix the furnace, they gave me an estimate of how much it would cost before they came back to finish the repair. They even explained why the unit made the noise that it was making and that it was normal. The company that I have used in the past was rated B but another company which one of my friends had recommended was also listed and it was rated with an A and it had all good reviews. I called them at 9:00 in the morning. They were extremely nice on the telephone. I asked if they could get somebody out here that day and she said absolutely, without a doubt. They had a repair man out here at 12:00 noon. He spent an hour and a half and fixed the problem. Everything went very, very smoothly. I paid $148 and I was pleased with that as well. I was impressed at how professional and prompt they were. I had lesser repairs that cost more money in the past with other people.
