"I shopped around and had Schriber's do some temporary carpet in my living room knowing later on I would do a complete gut and redo. Later when I gutted and after I applied new subfloor I shopped again for vinyl plank. A great finished floor may require some prep work. Most places wanted me to do the prep work, and since I don't know much about prep it would make for a subpar finished product. If you get a quote that says you do the prep, then the company won't stand behind the finished product because you're responsible for the prep work. Troy understood what I wanted, and would do what was required to make it look great. And I think it does look great. The best endorsement a company can get is repeat business. So when I'm ready to do my bathroom that's who I'm calling. That'll be 3 jobs from me. So I feel confident you'll receive the same quality. Don't waste your time at the flooring store."

"Swimmingly—professional and thorough. Went the extra mile and even dealt with an unexpected problem. I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again. This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. I strongly recommend Innovative Garages if you're considering having your concrete garage floor repaired and looking beautiful. "They were right on time, didn't waste any time, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the area, and they were off to their next job. Despite having underestimated the thickness of the concrete, I thought it was 3" to 4" thick; it was turned out to be 6" to 8" thick, something that didn't bother them and they stuck to our agreement. The landing was 18' long and 4' wide. It was a job well done. They also pour, stamp, seal and color concrete. "After providing a reasonable estimate, Joel set a start time for the following week. After power-washing the exterior, Joel helped me select and refine my color choices, and also advised me on how to match the deck color to the cedar color of my fence, as the two did not match at that time. His suggestions seemed to work well with my color choices for the house. A small piece of siding came off during the pressure-washing, but was replaced securely and painted so that it looks as though it never happened. As delighted as I am with the looks of my home, the miracle work that was done on the deck is astounding! The stain on the deck and the color of the fence exactly match, and the look of the house, the deck, and the fence is pulled together perfectly. Everything was done within three days, making my home look fantastic! The three gentlemen who greatly improved the looks of the property were professional and personable, and I highly recommend them and the quality of their work."

"This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! Great jod gentlemen!
