"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"

"We called Don for our septic inspection and to check on some plumbing concerns we had with our house and I just have to say we were amazed. Not only did he fit us right into the schedule, he was extremely thorough and efficient. It's not often you have someone so easy to work with and extremely timely. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be using hin for any future hiccups/needs. Trust me, you need to call him if you need anything done!! Absolutely impressed"

"Job was done very well and quickly"

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."

"Mike and the Plumbing Heros have been great to me! I’ve had bad experiences with many plumbers and contractors but Mike is extremely responsive, reliable, and skilled. He’s installed a backup sump pump/battery and snaked my renter’s shower. In addition, I’ve texted/called him many times with questions and he never hesitated to answer. I highly recommend!"

"The job was done quickly and professionally. Demo and installation was started and completed within one week's time (May 20-May 27). The results look fantastic and we are very satisfied."

"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"I was very pleased with my experience with Griswold Plumbing, they installed a new shower faucet/showerhead and later a water treatment system. They were prompt, very professional, and courteous going the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend Griswold Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them again."

"Very well. They were on time both times, first when taking the initial measurements and later for the installation. They made helpful recommendations, particularly regarding back splashes and the sink, that made the end product better than expected."

"They worked very well and they did an excellent job."
