"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Fantastic! Two electricians came to my house. They first tested the outlets to be sure the outlets I bought were the correct amp. One tech replaced the bathroom outlet which was very tricky. I have had problems for years with it. He said the wires were crossed but he put the new outlet in and I tested it and all was fine. The other electrician worked quickly and methodically in the LR and each bedroom. I asked him to vacuum out the dust in the hole before placing the new outlet in and he did without hesitation.
The men were very polite, professional, and cleaned up after their work.
It did take a few phone calls with the company and they did travel a far distance from their work site. so if punctuality and response time are critical to a customer, be prepared. I didn't have any issue, b/c their professionalism outweighed any tardiness. In the end the service done on my electrical outlets was superior.

"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that. "The owner did the kitchen and it was great work.  Absolutely solid and professional work and there were no complaints in that room.  He and his helper were very nice men and very attentive to request to complete the work ASAP.
My complaint is with the final product in the bathroom.  The helper did this room.  The three walls and ceiling that he hung, floated and painted were less than "new looking" when he was done.  The floating of the drywall in the corners was awful.  When the owner called back to ask if we had additional work, I told him "Yes, but my husband won't let you come out because of the work done in the bathroom."  He said he would fix it when they came for more work... he should have said he'd come out immediately to make it right.
His price was great.  Honestly, if he would have come back to repair the bathroom before getting more work... I would have gladly given him additional jobs to do in our house.  He is a very fair and hardworking contractor... he should have just checked in on his helper's work a bit more."
