One caused by a water leak in a difficult area and a area in a bedroom ceiling about 3x5 feet . The ad was replied to in the time it said in the ad. They said they would be there the next morning at 9 o,clock window time . They were here and completed the work . They worked fast and clean and in a professional manner. They put a smooth finish on the areas and will not take much more prep to paint with a flat and a finish. The two professionals, Philip and Miguel did great work and would call them again. "The door of one of kitchen cabinets broke free from head rail and had to be re glued. Bobby responded to the call immediately, came over same day, examined the job and quoted the price for repairs. Did a wonderful job of repairing the door. Replaced a part of the valve of the fill tank of toilet and made adjustments to the water supply to reduce the noise while the tank fills with the water. Bobby is very knowledgeable and highly recommend him."

She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. "Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Zach actually arrived ahead of his appointment time, which was great because we were heading somewhere. He walk around the house explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I would like to mention before he started we texted back and forth and was impressed that the price included the garage. I was already happy and he had not even started the work. Anyway when I returned home driving down my street I could not believe the transformation he gave my house. The white trim on the house was bright as diamonds. As I made my way to the front door I felt the trim and it felt as smooth as glass and felt clean.
I tried cleaning the front windows and could get it clean enough. I also attempted to clean my gutters, but again I could not get them clean. Needless to say Zach and his co-worker are the greatest. I looked up and could not believe how clean he got my gutters and the overhang. I will definitely recommend his services to all my neighbors and friends. The price was great for my house. I found out from my neighbor that Zach uses lower pressure, which I think is great as it does not break down the siding. He did his house as well and he was happy. If you get 3 homeowners you could even get the price down lower, but no one was interested. They are now after seeing how clean my house looks."
