"This is a family-owned business and it was the son-in-law Brian who came to do the job. He was the nicest person and very professional. He got here when we said he would. He knew just what the problem was and pointed out other things that we needed to know. The motor had burnt out in the pump. There were also items that should not have been flushed that was weighing the floater down in the septic hole. He replaced the pump, poured bleach in the hole (flies and larvae had somehow gotten in), sealed it way better than it had been, all within the estimated time of completion. The cost of the job was very reasonable and we would highly recommend them to anyone. They let you know before performing any work exactly what needs to be done and the cost."

"The owner Paul and his grandson Jason did a great job. Paul was very hands on and was present for the entire job. We wanted Gould pumps and were pleased to know that at one time Paul was the Gould distributor. Paul was very knowledgeable about the system and what needed to be done. It was a big job but they completed everything in a little over 4 hours. This was not an emergency. We decided to replace the original Gould pump system because it was 21 years old. Paul knew exactly what needed to be done and did an excellent job. They tested everything a number times before they left. Gould only gives a one year warranty on the pumps. Paul extended that warranty to 2 years. It is hard to get reviews for the ejection pumps so we hope this helps others. We would highly recommend this company. If we ever need emergency service we will definitely call Monticello Pump Services."

"The service went very well. The appointment was set up for between 12 noon to 4 pm. The plumber, Ron, called around 10 or 10:30 am and asked if he could come earlier which worked out well for me so I wouldn't have to wait until the afternoon for the repairs. Ron arrived, took a look at the issues and quoted a price which was fair. He got right to work and had the problems fixed within an hour or so. "I called the company on 03/27/2019. The owner DJ answered my call and I explained I needed to fix a toilet that wasnt filling up properly, snake a tub drain and get a new toilet. He gave me price quotes for the services I needed and offered me the Angie List's deal he currently has running for a new toilet installation. We scheduled an appointment for 04/01/2019. He told me he could not be there personally but he would send someone to come between 12-4pm. I got a phone call around 12:30pm from his employee,William, stating he was on his way. William and another employee showed up about 25 mins later and got straight to work. William explained what the issue was with the broken toilet gave me some tips and made the repair. When he finished he joined the other gentleman downstairs who was working on installing the new toilet and snaking the drain. Once they were finished he called me down to inspect the work and to demonstrate that everything was working correctly. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves they didnt leave trash behind. They were pretty quick, it didnt take long to get everything done. Its been a few days and I havent had any issues. I would definitely hire them again."
