"Raul and his crew did a great job of installing new kitchen countertops and backsplash and redoing our large master bathroom shower. We had quarts installed and they clearly knew what they were doing. Maria coordinated the business side of the jobs and she was also great to deal with. She was also good in keeping us informed as to when the crew would be showing up. They brought in Mario, tile guy, and Oscar, plumber, and they also were very nice to work with. Nature of the Incident: TLC Plumbing performed work on my property that was not only substandard but fundamentally dangerous. Specifically, they installed a sewer pipe into my main culinary water line, creating a severe health hazard and cross-contamination of my home's drinking water. Property Damage & Negligence: ?
