"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!

He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"

"The knockdown resurface job looks beautiful but the job took longer than expected and promised. Got contract just before work was completed so some work I had asked for wasn't done but by the time I got the contract, it was too late.
 
We started off badly because I was there for our appointment but the owner forgot about it although he did come later.  He apologized and said he was busy.  I chose Homecolor because of the reviews I read on Angie's List and because he was able to work on Sundays.

Randy and Jessie worked 4 days doing meticulous work. The deck came out looking great and I would recommend them on any deck project.
