"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. Ricardo and Rafael came out promptly to inspect the roof and provided us with an estimate right away. We definitely recommend them for any roofing project and would hire them back in the future."

"This company was by far the best that I’ve hired, it was a wonderful experience . The foreman Luis was very professional, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the roof and gutter repairs. He made it clear upon completion he would want me to be satisfied with the work. He was always on site and did the final walk through with me to assure all was done right. The workers were all business and very respectful of my property and left little to no mess while working on the home. I am very happy with the workmanship and the materials used for this project. I highly recommend (one time construction inc) I will definitely be using this company for future projects on the home."

"Ron and his crew installed a red cedar shingle roof. They worked quickly and the quality and workmanship were excellent. The clean up was neat and complete. I was very satisfied with the job and the price. Larry W. Scituate"

"The attention to the customer, the explanation of what the work involves and the work plan, and the response to customer followup questions, is excellent. I cannot rate the work quality, since I know nothing about assessing roofing repairs, which also impacts any judgment about value for money as related to quality. But, this company is *very* expensive as compared to others in competition. Providers who charge a lot always claim it is due to superior quality, that is, the quality justifies the price, but laypeople cannot tell if that is accurate and justified or not. For us, this company was too expensive to hire for the remaining work."

"We had a water leak in the roof from near the chimney in the roof. We called Lifetime roofing and Kyle was very responsive and was able to schedule a repair before the next rain storm. Very professional and awesome to work and did an amazing job. He even called and checked post the next rain storm to make sure the fix is working. Would definitely use them again when its time to replace the roof."
