"We originally hired Vinyl Sash to replace three windows and they went above and beyond including fixing work completed by another local company that was unsatisfactory. We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. The installer for the shower arrived promptly, was pleasant and courteous and cleaned up any mess he might have made during the install. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. If you are hesitating on replacing your outdated shower (like we were) because of the cost or inconvenience, I strongly recommend you give Vinyl Sash your business. We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.
