"I couldn’t recommend CD contracting enough. The crew is professional, friendly, on-time and efficient. They refinished our over 100+ year old white oak floors beautifully and truly cared about preserving floors that carry so much history as well as our satisfaction. They provided us with a care plan for how to keep the floors protected for years to come and were great communicators. Definitely, definitely recommend! (2nd pic is before)"

"Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

"All I can say is "Wow!" Steve was so professional! The job is the best ever. The floor looks brand new. The scratches, spots, and warp are gone. Steve was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. If the floor needs to be refinished in the future, I'll definitely call McDowell's. He even cleaned up after himself! This is a professional I can highly recommend!"

"The floors turned out amazing! The crew answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable and do beautiful work."

"They explained to me what I needed done to restore my kitchen floor from replacing part of the floor to sanding and replacing title. Everything was done in a timely manner and the clean up was great."

"Excellent, process was smooth from start to finish. Good pricing and my floor looks great!"

"Martyn was very timely and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job recommending what he thought would be best for my floor based on his experience. My only complaint is the dust and clean up I had to do after the floors were complete. However, I don't believe the clean up was included in my price."
