"Halle Electric was called to my garage which was experiencing outdoor lighting problems. The garage is a large separate building with an outdoor lighting problem. My flood lights first started to flicker unexpectedly. Then when I turned them on they would refuse to turn on or then sometimes they would turn on by themselves.
