(Note that Paul arranged this on his cell phone from New York City, at a time when there were frozen pipes all over the island and no plumbers available. Paul made sure he was on hand when the insurance adjuster arrived a few days later, and provided all documentation for our claim. Once the claim was settled, Paul's crew sheet rocked and painted, leaving the place better than they found it. He just looked at the roof, he never did any work. He was on time. I am less likely to use them again. He didn't really do any work, he just looked at the roof for 10/15 minutes."
