Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. "I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. "Domenick and Bill were amazing understood our needs, replaced all wood on roof and facia boards, had to sister a rafter, did a beautiful copper cutout on our brick chimney, ( their signature design ) added vents, to keep out attic cool. Took the time to address minor issues like painting our second chimney to match the color scheme of roof tiles, replaced gutters and leaders and added mesh covers. His gutters installer did over and above the call, cane back to clean leaves etc from the gutters after the storm to install mesh covers. The clean up was very important to me and they cleaned up constantly keeping ahead of it. So no nails and other debris left behind. When Domenick came to give an estimate I felt sure he was the one to do the job, I’m glad I chose D&S and I highly recommend them. As I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors."
