"This house, built in 1880, had not been heated for ten years. Before my father passed away he had a new boiler installed which had never been used. The man who did the initial installation has also passed away so we were starting in the middle of the project living 600 miles away. Bobs was recommended to us. We first contacted them through email from their website. Then a telephone call to line things up. First they came into the house and attached the new meter to the boiler. Then, once the gas company ran the new line, they came and hooked up the gas to the house. It was done very professionally, very clean, very trustworthy. "We had noticed a smell for a while, and then were suddenly flooded with flies.  We had been led to rule out the chimney by another nuissance control guy.  But eventually it became clear the flies were coming from the chimney.  This time we called Aaron.  He came the next day.  He very methodically and patiently worked until he located the dead/decaying squirrel carcass that was causing our problems.  He couldn't see down into our chimney because of the cable operated lid on the chimney.  He had to use a remote video camera to find it.  Even then, he couldn't see anything at first... but he kept persisting.  Eventually he found it.  He then carefully removed it, clean out the area, disinfected.  What most impressed me about him was his tenacity, he didn't give up, even though it took a while even with the remote video camera to locate the problem, and even though someone else had come and told us that we didn't have an animal in our chimney.  Based on this experience I wouldn't go with anyone else.  Truly first rate work. <br />"

Magnetic sweepers assured that no old roofing nails were left on the ground or in parking and walking areas. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."
