We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."

During this time, she was educating me about what to expect during the process. She helped me choose the roofing materials and was very patient. Katina was available to me by text and phone whenever I had a question or concern. All the work was done before we had to pay the deductible and for some extra boards we had replaced.
