"Service tech Adam Canter did a check on our three year old Tar Heel crawl space encapsulation and found that the sump pump had stopped working. He quickly replaced the pump no charge. Adam was very knowledgeable and suggested there maybe excess humidity in our attic due to our dark metal roof. That Adam went out of his way to explain how this might be a problem was impressive. We have found Tar Heel to be a great company to work with due to their employees, quality of work, and the way they stand behind their repairs."

I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."
