"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "I have two kids and very light colored carpet that is pretty nice quality but almost ten years old. In anticipation of the cleaning, my husband and I moved our couch and chairs to a tiled portion of the house because we knew one of the kids had spilled a can a coke underneath one and figured there may have been other dirty secrets, the woman I spoke to on the phone said they clean under smaller items and work around big thins like beds but we really figured we wanted everything cleaned so we could move the furniture late without patchiness. My appointment was for 10 am, Bill arrived pretty spot on time. I walked through the house with him to point out areas of concern, he said with the warm weather everything would likely dry in 2-4 hours with good airflow so I set the whole house fan to on and opened the windows before he got started, he cautioned me it was probably best not to let the kids crawl around on it until everything was fully dry and said he'd leave a fan to help with that that he would pick up the next day ( he said to leave it on our sheltered porch for him to pick up if everything came out of the carpet ok, otherwise call and he would come by to go over things that reappeared). He was really nice, my kids and I stayed in the non carpeted part of the house until he finished - which was surprisingly quickly (90ish minutes) then I packed them up for a few hours at the city pool so everything could dry. The carpet looked great as we left but in drying the coke spot reappeared as did a weird spill I didn't remember happening in my son's bedroom, he came back the next day to go over those and was even nice enough to do the carpet in the hall closet that I forgot to include in the original walk through. His touch up took less than 20 minutes and now the carpet looks so amazing I am kicking myself for not calling sooner. Bill was really professional and friendly, I felt safe having him in my home. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also really pleasant and accommodating - When I called I really was just going to have two rooms cleaned but she volunteered the whole house special would cost the same. I am sooo glad to have hired them and will use them again. My husband and I though we'd have to replace the flooring but now it looks great again. <br />"
