"Albert and his team were incredible. From the moment I found his company online until the final walkthrough everything about the project was smooth sailing. He is extremely professional, helpful and communicative. All elements of the remodel were planned in the contract and were 100% on budget. There were no unexpected cost additions at any point. Any speed-bumps were communicated at the moment they arose and were dealt with immediately and to both of our satisfaction. Aside from his impeccable management of the project, the level of artistry and precision of everything installed was incredible. I have never met a group of people so meticulous and precise. All tile placements were planned out together and confirmed. When I was unable to be there in person, Albert and his project manager sent over pictures confirming all of the details. They turned a NYC "unleveled" and outdated bathroom into a perfectly leveled, designed and functional bathroom. The project remained on-schedule and was completed in the time I anticipated. When the project was complete all debris and garbage were removed and it was like as if they were never there! I would 1000% work with Albert again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"

He repaired all the sloppy title work that my GC did, walls, shower niches, etc. The quality of the work was sensational, he spent 12 hours on his first day of work with 2 pol and did more than my GC and his 7 man crew did for in a week. "Contractor very attentive with one exception. The finish was amazing on this 100-year old parquet floor. There was one issue, however. The contractor did NOT match the color of newly installed fill-in pieces in several rooms. This was extremely obvious when the floor was completed. The contractor should have stained it to match existing floor. (My realtor expressed that this needed to be repaired to rent the apartment.) Contractor said he would have to charge me again to re-sand and refinish the few pieces which would be 2 daysâ worth of work. As a contractor myself, mistakes are made, but we OWN and correct our mistakes. We NEVER charge the client for this. I will have to correct this myself. Very disappointed."

"First, when I asked Tyler for a copy of the contract I signed, he said no. I see that as strange. I asked again and took it and made a copy for myself. I am glad I did. Beware of this. He gives no warranty. Read the contract carefully. It covers him and not you. He told me 1 week for the bathroom. It took 3 weeks. Before Tyler came to pick up his payment today he texted me the following - Fan $400 and window casing $350. Total $7750 very good price with that tile you picked I thought the wall tile was 12x12 when I saw the box normally that tile would cost much much more to lay it took extra two days so any tip would be greatly appreciated thank you ð ð ¼ So let me explain, we agreed on contract for $7,500 for a bathroom remodel with me buying my own materials. Installation of vent included in scope of work. He charged me $400 for a vent fan which costs $119.00 at Lowes. This is dishonesty. I showed him the price for vent fan and the contract where vent installation is included. He told my husband he will cased a window and placed molding in bath which he said would be easier work for him rather than sparkle, drying and sanding takes longer and more work. Then he wants to charge me additional for molding. He forgot sparkle and sanding included in contract ($7,500) and he is replacing that for his convenience with molding. It is like paying twice for the same thing. He did no work orders and discussed no pricing for any of this earlier with me. He only told me the vent fan would cost $108.00 earlier and I told him to pick it up for us. Today, he inflated prices, and gave me a final bill as seen above. His tile guy worked one and a half day on the tile installation on bath wall. They flooded my kitchen ceiling and I spent one half day repainting it at my own cost. What about my labor? He parked his huge garbage dumpster and tool truck in my driveway for days one after the other and I parked 4 vehicles in the street. He does not care about what he did to the homeowner. Your time lost and sacrifices do not count. Do not inflate prices on people. Not good business. Be honest."
